EloScan –
the flexible robot inspection system

The EloScan system with its precise sensor guidance is designed for eddy current testing of rotationally symmetric engine components as well as for complex geometries. Our inspection systems meet and exceed many technical inspection requirements for the automated inspection of engine components of various engine manufacturers. The multi-axis industrial robot works with a Rohmann eddy current tester and a special version of the ScanAlyzer software according to various test instructions.
The following main components are integrated into the EloScan system and offer a user-friendly overall system:
 
• precise sensor guidance and positioning of the components to be inspected
• positioning rotary table with precise three-jaw chuck for flexible mounting of components and adapters
• teach terminal with colour screen
• ScanAlyzer software: acquisition, display and evaluation of eddy current signals
• option: CAD-CAM programming for complex tests
• tool changer for automated processing of various inspection tasks
